The 2014 AGM is coming ...

 DVHA Eighth Annual General Meeting

To be held on Saturday 3 May 2014 at Horton and Chalbury Village Hall, Horton, Wimborne BH21 7JA
starting at 10 for 10.30 am

The event is open to representatives of all Village and Community Halls in Dorset.  
Entrance is free for DVHA Members, but others will be asked to pay £8 per delegate for Lunch, and may not vote in the AGM.

Loders Village Hall

 Opened in 1999 and set in a idyllic rural location this large hall with polished wooden floor is suitable for many functions including dancing, weddings and parties. It incorporates a stage complete with stereo speakers, CD player, microphone and stage lighting. The main hall opens on to a paved, south facing terrace, with tables and seating and views across the village to open countryside.

The kitchen connects to the main hall by means of large serving hatches. 

A Committee room and smaller meeting room are also available for hire.

The adjoining car park can accommodate 40 vehicles.

Hall Directions: 
Entering the village from the west, via Bradpole, about 100 metres past the Church turn left between two houses, there is a sign on the right hand side of the road. Entering fron the east; go past the School and just beyond the Loders Arms turn right between two houses. There is a sign post on the left hand side of the road.
